Can individual customers place orders here?
No, individual customers cannot place orders with us. We are a wholesaler and supply exclusively to retailers.

What is the minimum order amount?
We have a minimum order amount of €40.00 excluding VAT.

How does shipping work?
Payments via iDEAL: Orders paid with iDEAL are processed immediately. We usually ship the next working day, but if an item needs to be made to order, it may take an extra day.

Payments via bank transfer: If you choose bank transfer, your order will only be processed once the payment has been received in our account. This can take several days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Shipping method: All orders are shipped via PostNL parcel service. Packages can be easily tracked, and delivery is usually the next day.
